  • •The pitfalls: shadow AI already inside your building, training versus non-training tiers, vendor agreements, retention and disposal.
  • •For CPA firms, a module on client confidentiality, IRC 7216, and workpaper handling. The same overlay adapts for law, banking, and insurance.
